Shipping & Returns

1) Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of being recieved. If the order was recieved between Friday after 8am California time until Sunday evening, it will be processed on Monday. We do not process or ship orders on national and/or Islamic Holidays.

2) We only ship to addresses in the USA and Canada.

3) For Canadian addresses: Kvisionbooks.com cannot be held responsible for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of the United States. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.

4) Shipping time: We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our warehouse. The website provides an estimated shipping time using Fedex as an estimator. This is NOT a guaranteed estimate (except for Overnight shipping), and we are not liable if delays occured. Delays may occur especially for orders to Canadian destinations because of customs or border delays. Our policy is that if there is any delay in the product because it is out-of-stock or a delay in our processing center, we will notify the customer immediately

5) Kvisionbooks.com uses Fedex as an estimator for the shipping price time only. KvisionBooks.com may ship orders using other shipping couriers that are reliable and within the same standards as Fedex.

6) Missing or defected audio: We strive to provide the best quality of audio products in the market. If there are any defects in the order you recieved or a missing CD, please E-mail us the information within 60 days of recieving the product. All of our audio products carry a manufacturer warrantee on quality and skipping issues, but must be brought to our attention within 60 days.

RETURNS:

1) Customers may return a product purchased within 30 days of recieving it.

2) Returned items must be in the original format. If the original product was wrapped or sealed it must be returned unopened.

3) Refund: upon reciept of your returned item, we will refund you the full amount EXCEPT shipping charges we incurred. The only case we will refund the shipping charges is when we shipped the wrong product or when it is defected in any way.

4) Returns after 30 days may be accepted with a 10% re-stocking fee

5) To return a product, you must send a written request by E-MAIL and you will be provided with return address and instructions for the return.
